1 Data We Collect
ToolBoxSuite is designed to collect as little data as possible. Here is what we may collect:
- Basic anonymous usage analytics (pages visited, tool usage counts) — no personal identifiers
- Browser type and device type for compatibility improvements
- General geographic region (country level) for analytics
We do not collect your name, email address, IP address, or any personal information unless you contact us directly.
2 How Your Files Are Processed
This is the most important section. Every tool on ToolBoxSuite runs entirely inside your browser using WebAssembly and on-device AI technologies.
- Your files are never uploaded to our servers
- Your files are never transmitted over the internet
- Your files are never stored anywhere outside your own device
- Processing happens locally on your CPU/GPU
- When you close or refresh the page, all file data is cleared from memory
This architecture means we are physically incapable of accessing the files you process on ToolBoxSuite.
3 Cookies & Analytics
We may use minimal, privacy-respecting analytics to understand how our tools are used so we can improve them. Any analytics we use:
- Do not track you across websites
- Do not build personal profiles
- Do not sell data to advertisers
We do not use advertising cookies or retargeting pixels of any kind.
4 Third-Party Services
ToolBoxSuite uses the following third-party services to function:
- Google Fonts — for typography (fonts are loaded from Google's CDN)
- Web hosting / CDN provider — for serving the website files
These services have their own privacy policies and may log standard web request data (IP addresses, user agents) as part of normal CDN/hosting operation. We have no control over this data.
5 Children's Privacy
ToolBoxSuite does not knowingly collect any information from children under 13. Our tools are general-purpose productivity tools suitable for all ages. Since we collect no personal data, there is no special risk to children using our tools.
